One of my favorite traits of our friends is their willingness to share in the fruits of their labor. We were blessed with a huge box of pomegranates from our good friends, the Hansens. It took a while, was quite messy, but was a good experience to seed and juice this fruit. In the end we have 4 mason jars full of juice. Pomegranate martinis anyone?
