Spring has Sprung

What can we say? We love my hometown! Of course we spent our week in Carp as we do with any free time we have. We partied like rock stars with the Smith family, saw Jess, went to the beach, played with my mom who was super chic with her haircut, visited LA...it was a blast but always good to be reunited with our favs, Troy & Lucy.

Well, here it is...the final product! I'm so glad I took before pictures. Now I can really see the difference. That is the one downfall of doing a kitchen over a 2 year period...nothing feels like a real change. We are so happy with the outcome and even more overjoyed that our house is not confused anymore!

 We were treated to such a nice St. Patty's Day at the DeVaney home. The family pulled out all of the stops with Terrell creating games for the girls (toss the hula on the leprechaun), hiding golden eggs and Kellen making "special rocks" that had pennies in them. We will definitely be back next year...if they'll have us! We love our buddies.
