On Saturday, the day before Bailey's birthday, we had to cancel her party as she was still a little under the weather. With Plan B in action the day actually turned out quite wonderful. Bailey woke up to a surprise road trip to Bakersfield where we met Grandma Robin for breakfast. She was so excited to see her.
Next, we went to the mall and Bailey indulged in a manicure...purple glitter nails!
When we got home, she baked Easy Bake cakes with Evelyn and then the kids hit the pool.
Yes, I did get stuck with a cake for 30 people...oh well! Maybe next year...

Happy birthday Bailey. You look even taller than when I saw you last. But I was hoping to see your mommy adorning some festive Disney gear...hmmmm... where's that picture?
