Cousins

The cousins came to visit and from the looks of it had a blast! I couldn't get them out of the pool!

summer retreat

Another holiday at the Waddy's cabin in Silver City was enjoyed by our family this summer. We brought Luke along for the ride and he enjoyed every minute of it...from painting rocks and birdhouses to creeping through the forest with his binoculars. The best part was that there was no TV and it was so pleasant to enjoy the old luxuries of life. We played games of Banana Grams, Old Maid and Go Fish, went to the stream, played on the playground and of course sat by the fire toasting marshmallows and listening to Grace's "scary" stories. Thanks again for the most lovely time, Mary and Jim.

Happy 4th of July---It was a hot one in our world full of Red, White & Blue!

We hung with the fam, played at the Hansen's and enjoyed the many fireworks!

 We joined the Machado (Evelyn's ginormous) family for an evening of baseball...the Visalia Rawhide. Of course it was an All-America evening, the eve of the 4th, so fireworks were on the list. It was another homerun for this family.
